My clients generally feel a sense of relief, because I am often the first person to truly listen to them. I take on their challenges as if they are my own. My clients find I am passionate and knowledgeable. I am attentive to their needs and keep them apprised about their cases. I love to hear my clients say that they feel like they are an extension of my family.

My life’s calling is to hold insurance companies accountable for the promises they make. My father was a disabled veteran who worked hard his entire life only to face unfair obstacles in seeking disability benefits. I understand my clients would give anything to be healthy and back at work. I endeavor to effectively tell my clients’ stories and creatively challenge the limitations of the law. I work diligently to secure the best possible outcome for those I represent.

I’ve represented clients against most of the major insurance companies and several Fortune 500 companies. My experience includes handling independent medical examinations, peer reviews, insurance carrier interviews, surveillance, vocational assessments, and other tools used to assess eligibility for disability benefits. I’ve assisted clients struggling with a multitude of disabling illnesses, both physical and mental in nature.

I’ve handled long-term and short-term disability benefits appeals and litigation, insurance bad faith, and several other issues within the purview of disability law. I routinely manage cases at all stages, from assisting with proof of loss to litigating claims in state and federal court. With my team you receive compassionate but aggressive advocacy, and superior client service.

My clients know that the most important thing to me is telling their story, whether to a jury or an insurance company, and getting them the justice that is long overdue. My clients and I have cried together, celebrated together, but, most importantly, we have weathered the storm together and emerged stronger for it. I wake up every morning knowing I’m going to fight to put things right for my clients and hold the insurance companies and the powerful accountable. It is a privilege I never take lightly.

Since the very beginning of my career, I have dedicated myself to helping real people. People who have been disabled and been denied the benefits they paid for. People who have been catastrophically injured and have had those who hurt them turn a blind eye to their suffering. People who have lost a loved one that should never have been lost. Too often the difference between justice and injustice for these folks is whether they can find an advocate who has the focus and commitment to fight unconditionally. I have helped secure a five-million-dollar jury verdict in a wrongful death case here in Arizona and have collected millions for my disabled and injured clients and their families. As a trial attorney, I am always ready to take a stand against an insurance company that thinks the promises they have made to their insured don’t have to be kept.
