At some point I was given Erin's name from another attorney Alan Schiffman, and after we met Erin, we both knew she was the best there was available in Arizona. She was so compassionate to my husbands plight.
Nothing about her was pretentious or arrogant. She never made us feel "less than". Erin is extremely knowledgeable about the ERISA law. She was able to settle our case and get the insurance company to pay us a some monies.
We've always heard through the "gossip" vine, that attorney's fee's our outrageous. At first glance I believe that makes sense. After going through this entire process with Erin, we personally think it is a more than reasonable fee. She worked vigorously and diligently. She never lost any of her compassion in the heat of any moment. There were a few times where my husband and I wanted to "throw in the towel", and she was able to ever so gently bring us back to the process. Is it a process I wish on anyone?, NO!
